JOB MANDATE

1. Solicit auto loan applications from dealers/brokers/salesmen/branches


2. 
   

   Screen and facilitates processing of loan applications

   
   


3. 
   

   Review required business documents to determine eligibility of clients applying for Auto Loan

   
   


4. 
   

   Supervise Sales Support Assistants as to transactions and account management

   
   


5. 
   

   Attend to service requirement of clients, dealers, and brokers as availments and submission of loan requirements.

   
   


6. 
   

   Coordinate and resolve auto loan related matters with concerned parties

   
   


7. 
   

   Promote good harmonious business relationships with branches, dealers, brokers by conducting visits and extending assistance in all loan concerns

   
   


8. 
   

   Prepare and completes documentation for booking and ensures prompt submission of post booking requirements

   
   


9. 
   

   Follow ups on possible repeat clients for refinancing

   
   


10. 
    

    Represent the institution in various dealer/manufacturer functions

    
    


11. 
    

    Offer and negotiates auto fleet plan w/ potential client companies

    
    


12. 
    

    Cross sells bank related products

    
    


13. 
    

    Perform other duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor

    
    

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree

With proven work experience as a Sales Account Officer, hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
