In this role, you will:
  • Manage several account resolution areas and develop a team of individual contributors while directing and developing programs and policies for Account Resolution functional area
  • Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with Account Resolution as needed to accomplish goals
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development by ensuring coordination of talent, budget, and resources, and resolve complex problems or inquiries to optimize Account Resolution efforts in Account Resolution functional area
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding creation of initiatives, research of service standards, market trends, and emerging issues to develop new business strategies, improve group performance of Account Resolution team, and to meet business objectives
  • Interpret and develop policies, as well as procedures for Account Resolution functional area
  • Collaborate and consult with teams and management, as well as interact directly with external customers
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Account Resolution functional area
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Account Resolution, customer contact, Customer Service, or Sales environment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4+ years experience in Collections
Job Expectations:
  • Flexible with work hours and arrangement
  • Willingness to work onsite at McKinley Hill, Taguig
