ACCOUNT SUPPORT SPECIALIST (US CLIENTS)

(Onsite- Angeles City- Night Shift )

We are looking for a Client- Facing Account Support Specialist to assist US based customers with account related concerns, including Billing, service questions and retention support.

This is an ONSITE, NIGHT SHIFT role based in Angeles City Pampanga working directly with US clients. You’ll be part of a growing tech and support team at Linkage Web Development Solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support US- based clients via email and phone calls /zoom calls/

• Assist with account- related tasks including billing follow ups, service updates and customer concerns

• Respond to inquiries with professional English Communication

• Help monitor client satisfaction, escalate concerns and assists with retention outreach

• Use tools like CRM, Google Sheets, Quickbooks/Xero to manage account records

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are addressed on time

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Have 1 year experience in customer support, account coordination, or back office operations

• Are fluent in English especially in client communication

• Are confident working with US clients or international accounts

• Are tech-savvy comfortable with tools like CRM, Quickbooks or Google Spreadsheets.

• Are proactive, professional and organized

BONUS (not required) : Experience in billing, invoicing or AR follow ups is a PLUS!

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• Starting salary up to 35,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

• Attendance Bonus: Monthly bonus for perfect attendance

• Quarterly Performance Bonus : Additional reward for consistently exceeding target
