• Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay customer feedback and issues.

• Effective English communication skills both verbal and written to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
• Proficiency in specific technical skills or tools relevant to the job such as software proficiency, data analysis, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to actively listen to others, showing full attention and understanding.
