What you'll do:

• Accounts Payable/Receivable management
• Daily reconciliation and data entry
• Processing monthly payment runs
• Prepare Group GST returns
• Prepare annual OPEX washup & budget
• Quarterly OPEX budget reporting
• Prepare monthly reports for clients
• Providing general ad-hoc administration as required

Successful candidates should have:

• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Property accounting experience (preferable)
• Well-organized and disciplined
• Attention to detail
• A basic understanding of Xero
• Intermediate spreadsheet skills
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Relevant tertiary qualification in accounting
• Willingness to work-onsite arrangement (Alabang, Muntinlupa City)
