Job Description - Accounting & Admin Senior Officer (46482) - Makati

This admin position will be responsible for general administrative tasks and preparing for company establishment. The company will outsource accounting tasks to an accounting firm, so instructions will primarily come from them.・Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR)・Petty Cash Management・Bank Transactions・Bookkeeping・Cost Accounting・Inventory Control・Tax Declaration・Payroll Management・Communicate with Third-Party Accounting Firm・Prepare the following:-Prepare Financial Statements-BIR 1702 (Corporate Income Tax) and 2550 (VAT)-1601C (Compensation Tax)-0619E (Expanded Withholding Tax)-0619F (Final Withholding Tax, exports from the Philippines to outside the Philippines)・Administrative contract・Manage office equipment・Purchase office stocks・Prepare work permit・Assist Japanese president and manager (e.g., Tagalog checks)・Acquire VISA and work permit・Reserve hotel for Company’s Visitors・Arrange flight ticket for Japanese Manager and Company’s Visitors・Orientation for new staff for company policy and benefits.・Basic HR tasks (answering employees' concerns regarding salary, etc.)・Acquire permit and license・Help to create company and work manual and Employment contract QUALIFICATIONS:・Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration. ・At least 3 years of experience in Accounting and general affairs roles. ・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ・Willingness to take initiative in tasks that may require visits to BIR offices and other related offices. ・Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and good computer literacy. ・Eagerness to learn even in a start up company・Someone who is sociable, cheerful, and willing to work for the team's success.・High communication skills・Experience in preparing:-BIR 1702 (Corporate Income Tax) and 2550 (VAT)-1601C (Compensation Tax)-0619E (Expanded Withholding Tax)-0619F (Final Withholding Tax, exports from the Philippines to outside the Philippines) ・Experienced in Start up company・CPA holders
