Accounting Job Responsibilities:
- Handles the maintaining and monitoring of Accounts Receivables
- Receives and issues acknowledgement receipts to customers for collections received
- Records collections in SAP accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepares collection report accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepares Statement of Account for customers accurately and in a timely manner
- Bounced Checks custodian
- Prepares the monthly report of sales and purchases for BIR compliance
- Issues stock transfer slip for items to be transferred to Main Office / Mindanao warehouse
- Records the assembly report
- Assists the Office & HR Supervisor and Ecommerce Associate as needed
- Assists in Government reportorial requirements (BIR/SEC)
- Monitors/Prepares for Business Permit renewal and payments
- Performs any task that the management may require from time to time
HR & Administrative Job Responsibilities:
Assists and supports the HR & Office Supervisor in end-to-end HR and administrative works pertaining to:
- Recruitment
- Employee onboarding
- Employee relations and discipline
- Performance management
- Compensation & benefits
- Employee engagement programs
- Vehicle monitoring
- Government compliances
- Other HR & Admin matters
