ACCOUNTING and TAX HEAD

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA preferred.
• Proven working experience as Accounting Head and tax strategic savvy
• Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, applicable laws and tax regulations.
• Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.
• Strong knowledge of local reporting standards and deep knowledge of IFRS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Quickbooks and other Inventory System.

Job Description:

• Responsible for tax planning throughout the calendar year; files monthly, quarterly and annually for all kinds of tax forms especially annual corporate tax.
• Oversee and manage the general accounting activities, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
• Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Evaluating financial processes to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements; assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable
• Manage and ensure tax provisioning and compliance processes, which also include generation of all tax documents on a constant schedule and responding to all demands for information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
