Accounting Assistant Manager (Cebu)

BIR remittances and filing
PEZA Reports and filing
Payroll preparation
Preparation of Financial statement and other reports
Monitor Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
Monitor Property, Plant and Equipment
Prepare and record Journal Entries to the accounting system
Bank Reconciliation
Review and signed the check voucher before proceed to payment
Review all PO and other purchasing documents
Do other accounting task if personnel are not around
Costing Analysis
Monitor Petty Cash Replenishment
Perform Multitask
Financial Statement Analysis and Reporting

 

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accounting Course
• Must have a work experience in the relevant field works at l east 3 years at PEZA company
• Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City
