Accounting Assistant Manager (Disbursement)

Accounting Assistant Manager (Disbursement) Responsibilities:

• Assists in training, and motivating the disbursement staff members while supervising and delegating disbursement tasks
• Assists in evaluating, developing, and improving controls, systems, and procedures in the Disbursement Section to increase accuracy and efficiency
• Oversees the daily activities of the Disbursement Section and helps ensure that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time
• Assists the Head of Accounting Operations and Senior Officers in developing strategies, establishing objectives, and making decisions that could have a financial impact on the team and the whole Company

Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Mathematics or any related course
• Preferably with at least 3 years related work experience; management, accounting, or experience in a related field
• With high level of efficiency and accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze large amounts of data
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Team player and highly organized
• Must be willing to work on-site at Ortigas, Pasig City
