Accounting Assitant

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to join our team in Manila. The ideal candidate will support our accounting department by performing various administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.


• Process invoices, payments, and receipts.


• Reconcile bank statements and accounts.


• Support the accounting team with audits and budgeting processes.


• Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.


• Perform general administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


• Proven experience in an accounting or administrative role.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).


• Strong organizational and time-management skills.


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
