Accounting Associate

JEG Tower, Archbishop Reyes, Corner Acacia St., Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu Your Role as Accounting Associate

As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and financial record keeping. You will work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and Cost of Goods & Services (COGS)
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

What You Need to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with Intergra & NetSuite's is a plus.
