What the role will entail:

• Ensures the Banks compliance to the following areas
  • Accounting and regulatory financial reporting standards for Consumer Lending transactions
  • Banks Policies & Procedures Manual (PPM), Inter-office memoranda (IOM) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Ensures risks in the ff. areas are mitigated:
  
  • Unreliable and misstated booking of Consumer Lending transactions
  • Unreliable and misstated financial reports
  • Untimely reconciliation of temporary accounts, release to business and operations counterparts and escalation for disposition of aging float items
  • Audit findings due to non-compliance with accounting standards, regulatory policies & guidelines, PPMs/IOMs and SLAs

What we're looking for:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking or equivalent
• Preferred skill/s: tax reporting and auditing, general accounting, treasury accounting, consumer loans accounting, financial management, experience in processing of credit card and personal loans, etc
• With at least 1 year of experience in accounting gained in the banking industry.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
