The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Head of Accounting is responsible for the overall financial health and strategy of the organization. This role oversees the preparation of accurate financial statements, ensures strict compliance with tax laws, and leads the preparation and analysis of income tax returns and organizational budgets. Knowledge of banking regulations, especially the Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB), is require. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in financial reporting and taxation, strong budgeting skills, and the ability to manage and develop a team of finance professionals.
