Accounting Manager

Finance Integration 

The primary objective of this role is to lead the integration of accounting systems and processes of ShipServ to Marcura Group. In addition to this core responsibility, the role will also support other finance integration activities related to future acquisitions and business combinations.

Accountant for Marcura Philippines

This role will takeover the Accounting and Compliance Functions for Marcura Philippines.

Accounting Consolidation Point Person for ShipServ

This role will serve as the key point of contact for consolidation reporting across ShipServ entities, with a focus on all matters related to intercompany transactions. Responsibilities include reviewing and ensuring the accurate calculation and recording of intragroup recharges, as well as maintaining alignment across intercompany accounts.

Finance Process Alignment and Improvement Champion

Lead the review of finance processes across the group to ensure the adoption of standardized policies. This responsibility also extends to aligning related functions, such as procurement, with the group-wide framework.

• At least 3 years of solid experience working in a private multinational company (Required)
• At least 3 years in using Oracle Fusion Financials (required) 
• Proven Experience(>2 years) in handling Philippine Compliance and Taxation Requirements
• Proven Experience (>1 year) in FinancialForce (Preferred)
• Proven Experience in handling migration of accounting systems (Preferred)
