Accounting Manager

• Lead the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee all aspects of accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and present financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, as well as internal policies.
• Coordinate the yearly audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance and suggest improvements as necessary.
• Implement and maintain effective accounting systems and internal controls.
• Provide training and support to accounting staff to enhance departmental performance.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to aid organizational growth.

• Develop and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts on a regular basis, including project finances and progress reports.
• Monitor and analyze financial data and prepare financial reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with local and national financial regulations and tax requirements, including filings with BIR
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit process.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making and strategic planning.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Performs other tasks or special projects related to assigned role and position.
