Title: Seeking Experienced Chief Accountant with CPA Qualifications

Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Chief Accountant with CPA qualifications to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in managing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification is required.
• Minimum of [3] years of experience in accounting roles, with at least [1] years in a supervisory capacity.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance requirements.
