Accounting Manager (Hybrid)

The role is responsible for the comprehensive management of financial reporting and control processes.

• Prepares annual Financial Statements.
  


• Performs monthly financial statement and tax reporting.
  


• Oversees monthly book closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  


• Conducts variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecast, identifying and explaining causes of deviations. Coordinates with the Regional Finance Office (RFO) for validation and strategic alignment.
  
  

• Reviews and approves journal entries and account reconciliations for the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts.
  


• Ensures accurate monthly bank reconciliations.
  

• Liaises with internal and external auditors during annual audits and special engagements.
  


• Handles compliance-related matters with government agencies such as the BIR and local municipalities, including responding to BIR Letters of Assessment.
  

• Maintains and updates financial modules within the enterprise resource planning systems (SAP & NAV).
  

• Prepares, consolidates, and analyzes annual budgets and periodic forecasts across all sites.
  


• ​Supports and coordinates with the CFO in long-term financial planning and strategic financial management.
  

Requirements

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is .
  


• Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in Accounting or Finance.
  


• Strong leadership and a results-driven personality.
