About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting operations in the Philippines, ensuring accurate financial records, statutory compliance, and timely financial reporting. This role manages payroll, cash flow forecasting, audits, and regulatory filings while supporting leadership with financial insights and analysis.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in PH statutory compliance, combined with working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain accurate and updated accounting books


• Prepare and release timely financial statements and reports

• Ensure full compliance with government regulatory requirements (BIR, SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth, tax, audit)


• Manage payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely release of salaries


• Monitor cash position and perform regular bank reconciliations


• Prepare and maintain a 13-week cash flow forecast


• Coordinate with legal counsel on relevant matters


• Collaborate across departments and build strong internal relationships


• Apply strong business judgment and intellectual curiosity to deliver financial insights and recommendations


• Present complex financial analyses clearly to senior management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or management accounting


• CPA license preferred but not required.


• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with exposure to supervisory or lead responsibilities, preferably in a PH-based or multinational environment.


• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax and labor regulations.


• Working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.


• Hands-on experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or similar ERP tools.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.


• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.


• Amenable to work in Makati 


• Can start ASAP
