As an Accounting Specialist , you are an expert in accounting and bookkeeping and you know what it takes to handle the books. You are able to work and evolve along the new and changing technology with regard to accounting software. You have a passion for organization and continuously looking for ways to increase efficiency without cutting corners.

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to obtain necessary information and supporting documents for bookkeeping.
• Proper categorization and recording of bank transactions in the accounting software.
• Reconciliation of bank statements.
• Enter vendor invoices and match invoices (both customer and vendor) with the payments.
• Full-charge bookkeeping or any other tasks that are given from time to time.
• Maintain the highest focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow instructions and have zealous cooperation with the team.

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology.
• Has a strong background in accounting.
• Highly analytical and attention to detail.
• Excellent in written and oral communication in English.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable in working with new and changing technology.
• Prior experience and knowledge of QuickBooks Online, XERO, and other cloud accounting software

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month

• Paid training

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift / 5 days a week

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus

Experience:

• Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
