Accounting Specialist | Get a 21K Signing Bonus

Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Draft, review, and post invoices.
• Identify and apply correct General Ledger (GL) codes to all transactions. 
• Manage accounts payable activities in compliance with company policies. 
• Provide daily updates to internal counterparts and clients regarding task completion and invoice status. 
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. 
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. 
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years experience in Bookkeeping, General accounting, or similar
• Knowledge of different accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
