Accounting Department

Position Title: Accounting Staff

Qualification:

· Graduate of Accounting or any Business Management Course

Job Description:

The following are your duties and responsibilities as Bookkeeper:

1. Reviews daily issued Official Receipt/Sales Invoices and Acknowledgement Receipts.

2. Reviews Statement of Accounts/ (SOA and compares it with Official Receipts or payments made by patients if it tallies).

3. Validation of Daily Collection report and reconciles with the Bank Statement.

4. Maintains the registered books of accounts as mandated by the BIR on a regular basis.

5. Maintains the subsidiary ledger of Loans Payable, HDMF Loans Payable/ SSS Loans Payable/ SSS Benefits receivable and Accounts Receivable from the employees.

6. In charge with the preparation of the payroll, issuance of pay slip, 2316 and 2307 on a regular basis.

7. Responsible in the remittance of payments due to BIR/SSS/PAG-IBIG/PHILHEALTH/COOPERATIVE on a monthly basis and renewal of licenses such as CITY PERMIT and BIR ANNUAL REGISTRATION.

8. Assists the Chief Accountant in the preparation of the monthly financial reports by providing the required adjusting journal entries as a result of the bank reconciliation.

9. Performs other duties as may be required by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to Php18,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
