Accounting Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• With extensive experience in General Accounting
• At least 2 years of experience in a Supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• High attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential data
• Able to manage deadlines and multitask effectively

Job Description:

• Responsible for preparing financial reports
• Reviews and analyzes transactions recorded in General Ledger
• Assists in the gathering and analysis of data needed in the preparation of the budget.
• Responsible in closing oracle modules and posting entries in oracle system
• Prepares monthly accounting schedules as support in preparation of financial reports.
• Prepares and submits documents required for internal and external audit of books & work processes
• Supervise preparation of accruals, asset management and preparation of accounting reports for the company and its affiliates.
• Delegates functions and evaluates performance of subordinates.
• Maintains and updates books of accounts.
