I. Job position: ACCOUNTING/FINANCE SUPERVISOR
Job description:
1. Responsible for end-to-end finance/accounting procedures (i.e., preparation of journal entries,
books of accounts, and account reconciliations);
2. Prepares vouchers, check vouchers, and other accounting records/supporting documents
such as Invoices;
3. Ensures company records or Books of Accounts such as the general ledgers and journals are
accurate and complete in line with the accounting/auditing standards;
4. Files accurate tax returns in a timely manner;
5. Responsible of maintaining an organized accounting records;
6. Responsible for complying with the regulatory requirements of various government agencies
such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue (“BIR”), Bureau of Customers (“BOC”), Securities
and Exchange Commission (“SEC”);
7. Performs other related tasks that would be assigned by the supervisor.
Job Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
2. At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
II. Job position: ACCOUNTING/FINANCE SUPERVISOR
1. Ensures accounting operations is carried out effectively and efficiently by the team;
2. Assists in general financial management and analysis (i.e., effective cash flow management)
3. Prepares financial reports and analysis thereof;
4. Reviews, oversees and ensures the timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual
filings/reports;
5. Aids in resolving tax issues/controversies with government agencies in favor of the Company;
6. Leads accounting/finance staff;
7. Updated on recent government issuances (i.e., tax rules and regulations, SEC regulations) to
assist the Company in mitigating risks, and to ensure the Company’s compliance thereto; and
8. Performs other related tasks that would be assigned by the Accounting or Finance
Manager/Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Job Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and must be a Certified
Public Accountant (CPA);
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance. With at least 1-2 years of
experience in supervisory role;
3. Has experience with financial reporting requirements, and has basic understanding of
Philippine tax laws and regulations;
4. Has experience dealing or working with government agencies (i.e., BIR/BOC/SEC);
5. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills; and
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
