Accounting Supervisor | Fixed Dayshift and Weekends Off | Hybrid

• Accounting Operations
  • Oversee all accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Fixed Assets
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing
  • Review and approve journal entries, schedules, and account reconciliations
• Financial Reporting
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure accuracy of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Tax & Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with BIR requirements (VAT, Withholding Taxes, Income Tax, Alphalist, etc.)
  • Prepare and review tax filings and statutory reports
  • Handle coordination with external auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies
  • Manage audits and address audit findings
• Internal Controls & Process Improvement
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure proper documentation
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Team Leadership
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate accounting staff
  • Review team output and ensure deadlines are met
  • Provide guidance and technical support to the team
• Management Support
  • Provide accounting and financial insights to management
  • Coordinate with other departments for financial matters
  • Support special projects and management requests

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• • Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience
• • At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance
• Experience handling audits and BIR transactions

• CPA license (strong advantage)
• Experience in project-based, construction, energy, or similar industries
• Experience using accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Advanced Excel skills
