Job Description - Account/Process Trainer - Service Desk Financial

Requirements:

  • College Degree
  • 2 to 3 years trainer experience in the BPO industry as a base guideline
  • Must have experience in a service desk or tech line of business
  • Prior trainer experience is strong preferred. Strong communication skills is a must
