Requirements:

College Degree
2 to 3 years trainer experience in the BPO industry as a base guideline
Must have experience in a service desk or tech line of business
Prior trainer experience is strong preferred. Strong communication skills is a must

Work Setup: Onsite (BGC Taguig)
