  • Provide Conceptual and Schematic Presentations Self-starter, able to do assigned tasks with minimal supervision; Can work under pressure

Job Summary:

  • Plans and implements the development and preparation of landscape construction plans, specifications, estimates, and other contract documents.
  • Reviews and makes recommendations concerning landscape architecture and design, and makes final decisions about the design of specific project.
  • Transpose initial design sketches into AutoCAD to create concept plans.
  • Create elevations of landscape plans in AutoCAD;
  • Create 3D models of designs in Sketchup Interprets landscape plans, specifications, and codes and regulations related to the work.
  • Oversees and conducts field inspections prior to finalization of landscape plans and as landscape projects progress to determine compliance with regulations and specifications.

  • Monitor the effluent quality and completion of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) construction for malls (new and expansion) and the issues it may bring within the duration.
  • Visit the malls to inspect the Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and rectify issues and problems encountered through coordination with Mall Admin.
  • Prepare Certificate of Interconnections as requirement for malls’ and tenants’ Sanitary Permit renewals.
  • Prepare and submit the application for Environmental Compliance Certificates (ECC), Self-Monitoring Reports (SMR), Compliance Monitoring Reports (CMR) to DENR and LLDA for all malls quarterly.
  • Coordinate with contractors for the application of Discharge Permit (DP) and Permit to Operate (PTO) for new malls.
  • Prepare and apply the Hazardous Wastes Generator ID’s (HW-ID) for new malls.
  • Identify the eligible malls engineers to be Pollution Control Officers (PCO).
  • Coordinate for training schedule and apply for accreditation.
