Role Overview
  • Great finance teams don't just balance the books—they keep businesses moving.
  • As our Accounts Officer – AP & AR (Onsite), you'll play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of day -to -day financial operations for one of our valued education sector clients. With a primary focus on Accounts Payable (80%) and support for Accounts Receivable (20%), you'll ensure supplier payments, student billing, and financial records are managed with precision and care.
  • If you enjoy high -volume processing, solving discrepancies, and making every transaction count, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile approximately 640 supplier invoices each month.
  • Verify invoices, purchase orders, and account coding accuracy.
  • Prepare weekly and fortnightly supplier payment runs.
  • Maintain supplier records and respond to vendor enquiries.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Assist with month -end reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Support student invoice generation and billing.
  • Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and workflows.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must -Have):
  • Around 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable.
  • Experience processing high -volume invoices.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting principles.
  • Hands -on experience using Xero and MYOB.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting month -end close activities.
  • Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify workflow efficiencies.

Work Details
  • Employment Type: Full -time.
  • Work Setup: Onsite – Eastwood City, Quezon City.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday.
  • Working Hours: Day -shift.
