We are looking for a Finance Support Officer who will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, receivable transactions, and bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, verify, and process invoices in a timely manner.
Monitor and manage vendor accounts to ensure payments are made on time.
Perform regular reconciliation of supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation for AP transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
Prepare and process payment runs, including checks, wire transfers, and online payments.
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments.
Process incoming payments, ensuring proper allocation to client accounts.
Prepare and update financial reports related to AP/AR for management.
Assist with month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
Assist in improving AP/AR systems, policies, and workflows.
Support other finance team functions as needed.
Qualifications and Attributes
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance-related role in an Australian-based company is highly preferred
Proficiency in any accounting software is preferred
Strong understanding of AP/AR processes, principles, and accounting standards
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidates must be willing to work on-site.
