Accounts Payable

Hi! We’re Smartsourcing, looking for an Accounts Payable who can work with us full-time and on-site!

Where?📍 Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu

Some of the things we expect you to do are to:

• Accounts Payable functions including data entry of invoices with accurate processing and reconciliation of all Supplier accounts
• Promptly responding to all Supplier queries
• Assist with various administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth operations of the department
• Cirrus8 Platform - Familiarity with the Cirrus8 platform is desirable

Requirements

We would need you to be or have the following:

• Real Estate Trust account experience desirable (commercial experience preferred)
• Well-organised, self-confident individual.
• Natural flair for figures
• Experience in an Administration role with knowledge of Accounts Payable
• A wizard with Excel
• Experience working in a high-volume processing environment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Quick learner
• Works well as part of a team
