Accounts Payable (AU Financial, Hybrid)

Salary: P50,000 to P70,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Familiarity with purchase orders, goods receipting and invoice receipting
• 3-5 years experience in Financial- Accounts Payable Experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Professional experience in vendor/ customer relations and processing of invoices,
• Confident in doing calls and has telephone manners to reach out to teams internally and externally/suppliers.

• A proactive professional approach, with a positive attitude
• Attention to detail and accuracy

What will you do?

• Creating new suppliers / updating supplier details in the ERP
• Processing supplier invoices (20,000 per year split across 3 people)
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Processing payment runs to pay suppliers via bank transfer
• Respond to email queries from suppliers
• Working with other finance team members on cashflow and bank reconciliations
• Working with site-based colleagues to resolve process issues.
