Accounts Payable Clerk (US based Client)

Full-Time | Onsite/Hybrid | Night Shift (U.S. Timezone)

Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, particularly with a background in processing high volumes of invoices.

What You’ll Do:

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments. You’ll work collaboratively across departments and help maintain strong vendor relationships by resolving issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Process both Purchase Order (PO) and non-PO invoices accurately and timely
• Monitor and respond to inquiries in the Accounts Payable group mailbox
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution
• Reconcile vendor statements and address any outstanding or past-due invoices
• Review and audit payments prior to execution to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Provide support across other AP functions including Travel & Expense, Vendor Master maintenance, project initiatives, and reporting as needed
• Assist to AP-related projects, particularly those involving solutions like Concur and Hyland

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably supporting U.S.-based clients.
• While not required, experience with any of the following systems would be a plus:
  • Infor
  • Epicor
  • OnBase
  • SAP Concur


• Strong understanding of general accounting and financial principles.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Amenable to work on night shift (U.S. business hours)
• Willing to work onsite or hybrid setup in Eastwood, Quezon City
• Can work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines consistently
