Hi! We’re Smartsourcing, and we’re on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Officer to support our dynamic team! This position offers a unique opportunity to work with skilled professionals while contributing to the financial success of our clients.

📍 Where You’ll Be 

JEG Tower, Archbishop Reyes, Corner Acacia St., Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu

Your Role as an Accounts Payable Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily bank reconciliation - spend money
• NAB & Westpac Credit Card Reconciliation
• Verify the invoice details (company names, rego details), match up bills with maintenance bookings in the system, then add bills to Xero
• Review the supplier monthly statement with the bills we have, if they have missing invoices, contact the supplier
• Send maintenance invoices. Wait for claims to charge, then need to split the cost and send the bill
• Send all no maintenance bookings to depot manager weekly
• Create batch payment once a week
• Fill in the credit application form
• Send all invoices related to claims to Claims Department
• Reconcile and add the new finance settlement in Xero and another software (Asset Accountant)
• Dispose the selling cars in another software (Asset Accountant)
• Call the new supplier to confirm the bank details

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor of Commence, Accounting, or Finance

• Sound computer skills including Excel, or equivalent

• Strong proficiency in using Accounting Software

• A high level of accuracy

• Ability to problem solve and have a “can-do” and positive attitude

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Willingness to learn and accept new challenges

• Demonstrates an ability to meet deadlines and use problem-solving skills effectively
