Your Role:

As a Accounts Payable Officer, you will:

• Review, verify, and process high-volume supplier invoices and payment requests for accuracy.
• Assign invoices to the correct internal approvers and conduct daily follow-ups to ensure timely payment.
• Reconcile monthly statements for major suppliers to identify and resolve discrepancies or missing credits.
• Process and verify employee expense claims in accordance with company reimbursement policies.
• Manage general ledger data entry and ensure all supporting documentation is scanned and archived for audit.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Proven experience using Microsoft Dynamics software specifically for Accounts Payable functions.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a strong understanding of general accounting principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when preparing documentation for financial approval.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Prior experience managing end-to-end "Purchase-to-Pay" workflows within a large-scale operation.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of improving invoice approval turnaround times.
• Professional customer service skills for handling complex supplier queries and dispute resolutions.
• Experience in intercompany accounting or managing credits and expense allocations.
• Collaborative mindset with a history of contributing to productive team outcomes and working relationships.
