Accounts Payable Officer (AU Tech, Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for? 

Skills Required:  

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a Accounts Payable team of a large corporate
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good written and verbal skills
• Fast and accurate data entry skills with good knowledge of chart of accounts
• Strong reconciliation & analytical skills
• JDE Experience

What will you do? 

• Process invoices, credit notes and staff expenses in a timely and accurate manner
• Process vendor application forms including performing credit checks
• Monthly reconciliation of key creditor accounts
• Manage shared email account on a rotation basis
• Prepare payment for trade vendors when they fall due
• Handle vendor enquiries
• Liaise with Purchasing department to resolve pricing or receipting issues
• Process Purchasing Card transactions and reconciliations and raise general journals in GL
• Assist in month end closing
• Filing on a rotation basis
