Accounts Payable Officer (SO2)

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our team in the Manila Office. We are offering a competitive salary for the position that will be based on skills and experience.

Duties include;

Full Accounts Payable Function

Entering all invoices including credit cards and petty cash

Matching and verifying the purchase order against the invoices

Reconciliation of supplier statements and credit cards

Processing fortnightly and monthly payments

Other ad hoc duties as required

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following characteristics;

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field

With at least two (2) years of experience in handling payables

Can work independently with high attention to detail

Previous experience in a similar accounts role

Proactive and self-motivated

Able to complete tasks with minimal supervision

Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks on time

MYOB and XERO experience preferred but not essential
