ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

We are looking for an experienced ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST to be assigned at our Head Office in Sta.Ana,Manila.

· Process vendor invoices and advances for payment

· Match invoices, purchase orders and receiving reports (3-way match)

· Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payables’ data

· Communicate with vendors/owned branches

· Process Petty Cash Fund replenishment requests (with PC vouchers and supporting documents attached)

· Process request for cash advance of employees

· Generate and analyze AP Aging Report and provide commentaries for submission to Accounting and Tax Compliance Manager for review and then to Chief Financial Director for approval

· Prepare Input VAT and Expanding Withholding Tax reports

· Prepare request for Masterfile maintenance – create, delete, amend, tag as inactive, re-tag as active

· Other functions that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration.
• Preferably Accounting graduate.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as Accounts Payable Staff.
• Effective leadership skills
• Computer Literate.

Monday-Friday : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday : 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
