Accounts Payable Specialist (US based Client)

Full-Time | Onsite/Hybrid | Night Shift (U.S. Timezone)

Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable, a solid grasp of accounting principles, and proficiency with AP software tools. You’ll be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring accurate financial records—while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Manage vendor accounts, including reconciliations and payment schedules.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions and assist with month-end closing.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based finance and operations teams.
• Generate AP reports as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably supporting U.S. based clients.
• Experience with SAP and Coupa are required.
• Strong understanding of general accounting and financial principles.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Amenable to work on night shift (U.S. business hours)
• Willing to work onsite or hybrid setup in Eastwood, Quezon City
• Can work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines consistently
