The Job

You will be responsible for :

•  Daily follow up on all invoice payments
•  Weekly report on the AR aging summary
•  Liaising with the Factoring Company on all the overaged invoices
•  Weekly follow up with the clients on all the overaged invoices.
•  Liaising with the factoring company on all the charged back and short paid invoices
• To carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Financial Controller. 

The Profile

Qualifications:

• Currently studying Finance, Accounting/Banking or equivalent
• This position is a temporary (Hybrid) job Internship setup. This will be Monday to Friday 8:00pm to 12:00 am
• Must have own Computer and stable internet connection
• Graduating students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
