Job Description - ActiveOne: Clinic Operation Support Analyst

The objective of this role is to provide critical operational and administrative support to ensure the seamless, efficient, and consistent delivery of clinic services. The role serves to coordinate day-to-day activities, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and uphold service standards to maintain optimal clinic performance and client satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

Scheduling and Attendance Management
Plot work schedules for all nurses and doctors, ensuring sufficient coverage for clinic operations at all times.
Monitor attendance and confirm that all medical staff, including relievers (nurses and doctors), are present onsite according to their scheduled shifts.
Coordinate and raise tickets for sourcing medical staff replacements or relievers in case of absences, adhering to established protocols.
Notify team members promptly of any schedule changes to maintain clarity.
Ensure timely and accurate updates to the Workforce Trackers for accurate attendance records.

Background and Qualifications

A Nurse by profession can be underboard.
At least (1) year of experience in a clinical, business operations and/or administrative role.
Ability to thrive under a flexible work schedule environment.
