Position: Corporate Health Admin (Makati City)

Location: Makati City


Qualifications: 

  • Must already have a valid TIN, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG-HDMF, Bank Account and Vaccination Card
  • Preferably can start immediately. (Within 7 days)
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse/Underboard), or Graduate of Allied Health Science Course
  • At least 3 years of administrative experience
  • Good written and oral communication and administrative skills

Job Description:

The Corporate Health Admin is expected to perform a wide range of administrative activities in the clinic which include but are not limited to the following: 

  • Implements notification, monitoring, closure, reporting of employee medical records using the company's system.

  • Plan, coordinate and implement health activities such as: Onsite Annual Medical Examination and random drug testing as applicable.

  • Provide logistic support and coordination in the implementation of Health Promotions Programs and company activities.

  • Coordination with HR on Pre-Employment Medical Exam.

  • Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned depending on business need
