Job Description - ActiveOne: HR Associate (Workforce)

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop a clinic staffing schedule.
Collect, review, analyze, and interpret relevant data to - identify challenges in the workforce.
Prepare workforce analysis reports for business needs.
Provide recommendations to improve the workforce to reduce overheads and increase client experience.
Generate regular and ad-hoc/real-time reports on a variety of Client metrics.
Provide periodic reports and data trends containing performance data to support Operations
Respond to Service Level variations.
Maintains employee records in the database
Ensures all open shifts are properly staffed
Handles employee timekeeping report

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of a 4 year course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Must be willing to work on site (Williams Center Building, Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City).
Must be flexible with work schedule - willing to render overtime, work on holidays, etc. as the business may require.
