📍 Where You’ll Be 

JEG Tower, Archbishop Reyes, Corner Acacia St., Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu 

Your Role as Admin and Accounting Officer

You’ll be managing financial data in Buildertrend, applying laser-focused accuracy in Xero coding and reconciliation, processing timely payments, and handling payroll for a dedicated team. Plus, you’ll keep contracts on track and ensure compliance with internal policies and payroll standards — all while keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Buildertrend Management

• Independently manage data entry, invoicing, and reporting within Buildertrend
• Troubleshoot minor issues and maintain data integrity

Xero & Financial Operations

• Apply the correct chart of accounts coding to transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and the general ledger in Xero
• Process accounts payable and other outgoing payments
• Generate standard and ad hoc financial and cost reports from Xero and Buildertrend

Payroll Administration

• Administer end-to-end payroll for a designated employee group
• Ensure accurate wage calculation, deductions, and statutory contributions
• Stay compliant with payroll regulations and internal policies

Contract & Compliance Support

• Assist with tracking financial terms in contracts
• Support compliance efforts in financial and payroll documentation

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in admin, accounting, or payroll support
• Solid grasp of accounting principles and payroll processes
• Proficient with Xero (Buildertrend experience is a big plus!)
• Strong data entry skills (high accuracy is a must!)
• Analytical thinker and solid problem-solver
• Able to work independently and manage your own workflow
