Job Description - Admin & Executive Support

Position: Admin & Executive Support

Number of hours: 10 hours/week

Schedule: EST Timezone

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to support daily business operations.

  • Schedule and publish social media content according to the content calendar.

  • Perform basic editing and trimming of social media videos or graphics before posting.

  • Monitor engagement on social media platforms, including comments, messages, and reactions.

  • Reach out to individuals who interact with or engage with social media posts.

  • Assist with lead outreach and communication through social platforms and chat.

  • Maintain organized records of outreach activities, conversations, and potential leads.

  • Conduct basic research and provide additional executive or administrative support as needed.

  • Utilize AI tools when appropriate to assist with communication, content preparation, and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.

  • Familiarity with managing and posting content on social media platforms.

  • Basic social media content editing skills (video trimming, simple graphic adjustments, or captions).

  • Excellent written communication skills for outreach and messaging.

  • Ability to track and maintain organized records of leads and outreach activities.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Comfortable using digital tools, social media platforms, and AI tools to improve productivity.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Knowledge (not required):

Basic understanding of electrical wire harnessing, connectors, terminals, and part specifications.
