Admin Assistants – LoansOne
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City (office-based)
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Role Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations at LoansOne. This role handles scheduling, correspondence, documentation, and general office tasks, enabling teams and management to focus on core business activities. The Administrative Assistant is a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting a professional and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for teams or management
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, event logistics, and office meetings
  • Liaise between departments to ensure smooth flow of information

Data & Record Management

  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and contact lists
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and basic bookkeeping as required
  • Support compliance with organizational policies and procedures

Operational Support

  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment
  • Support onboarding and administrative processes for new employees
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and operational tasks as assigned

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
