  • Client Communication:
    • Manage all client communication through their app.
    • Respond promptly to text messages, ensuring no patient is left waiting.
    • Provide updates even if no immediate action is required, assuring customers of follow-up.
  • Reports: 
    • Utilize pre-designed templates to run weekly reports on patient interactions.
    • Reach out to patients not contacted in over 10 days to maintain engagement and support.
  • Billing/Invoicing:
    • Generate and issue invoices for customized programs and treatments using the EMR system, Ervo.
    • Keep track of payments and outstanding balances using Monday.com
    • Streamline billing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Other Tasks:

  • Time 
    • Full-time, PST time zone
    • This is a remote position so you can have the freedom to work from anywhere

    • Attire - business casual when in meetings

    • CRM Tools (preferably Monday.com)
    • EMR System (nice to have)

    • $9k-12k/yr

Qualifications:

  • Must have a strong background in customer service and invoicing/billing within the healthcare, holistic, medical, clinical, or telemedicine industries.
  • Must have experience with CRM systems (preferably Monday.com) and, ideally, electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Must be a clear and accurate communicator, highly organized, excellent at time management, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-starting.
  • Must demonstrate a high level of care and empathy, confidence without timidity, and a reliable commitment to long-term engagement with the company.
  • Must maintain boundaries and deliver on their promises, not just say yes to everything without follow-through.
