Position: Admin OfficerJob DescriptionVerifying/Updating work orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.Expediting orders through internal liaison/service technicians.Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling customer appointments as required.Answering customers’ questions regarding pest control services and procedures.Confirming customers’ appointments.Answering customers’ email / sms / social media / queriesCourteously receiving incoming telephone calls and taking messages as needed.Assigning work orders to service techniciansOrganizing the schedules of service techniciansMonitoring the attendance of service techniciansSupporting the other department with other administrative tasks, if requested.Qualifications:Complete requirements such as NBI/Police Clearance, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, COE of previous employment Must be at least college or any technical/Vocational or Bachelor's graduateThe ability to type and file accurately.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Good telephone etiquette.
