Job Description - Admin Officer (AU Retail, Office-based)

Salary: P40,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday- Friday (07:00 AM to 04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Strong ability to manage multiple onboarding tasks, documentation, and deadlines efficiently.
  • Understanding of drop shipping models, including supplier coordination, inventory updates, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Accuracy in data entry, managing CRM systems, and maintaining product and merchant information.
  • Clear verbal and written communication to train merchants and liaise across teams.
  • Ability to identify onboarding roadblocks and provide practical solutions to ensure merchant success.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with regulatory and marketplace compliance requirements affecting merchant onboarding.

What will you do?

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process including collection and verification of onboarding documents, risk screening, and compliance checks to ensure merchants meet marketplace standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate merchant and product data in CRM and marketplace systems, ensuring all information is up to date and correctly encoded for seamless operations.
  • Coordinate between sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure merchants understand marketplace policies, drop shipping workflows, and order processing requirements.
  • Provide administrative support and training to new merchants on marketplace procedures, order management, and drop shipping best practices to minimize errors and improve seller performance.
  • Act as the main point of contact during onboarding, addressing merchant queries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships to enhance merchant satisfaction and retention.
  • Track onboarding KPIs such as onboarding speed, merchant satisfaction, and compliance adherence; report findings and suggest improvements to optimize the onboarding process.
