-Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.-Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure4 performance.-Manage agendas/ travel arrangements/appointments, etc. for the upper management.-Keep and update employee records and databases.-Booking meetings and scheduling events.-Take down weekly minutes of the meeting.-Being actively involved in recruitment by posting ads and managing the hiring process.-Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting and orienting employees.-Develop training and development programs.-Assist in performance management process.-Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.-Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
