Sales Oriented (Preferred)Job DescriptionJOB DECRIPTION • Responsible for the solicitation and generation of home loan applications coming from assigned developers. Their duties include providing bank presence in their covered developers by providing adequate support and guidance while objectively enforcing SBC standards.• Soliciting accounts from identified bankfin sourced developers.• Prepares reports, such as, but not limited to: Sales Call reports & Pipeline• Attends marketing activities (such as open houses, project launches, sales meetings, etc.) of accredited developersDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Markets home loan facility to potential clients thru accredited developer partners (Top / Mid-Tier).2. Responsible for pre-screening, proper KYC, packaging, encoding and recommendation of accounts for approval; ensures completeness and accuracy of documents submitted by referrers.3. Submits daily productivity report to Sales Officer and Team Leader.4. Attends regular coordination meeting with developer admin partners together with Sales Officer and Team Leader.5.
